English Black Malt 550° – 650° L is a highly roasted and more intense version of chocolate malt. It will add a roasty, dry and acrid flavor to stouts, as well as dark color to black pilsners and IPA's. Use up to 5% in stouts, less where you want color without the malt trademark roast flavors.
