Zamba T-90 Hop Pellets - 1 lb
Description
US HS-Zamba T90 Hop Pellets, 1 pound bulk package
Zamba is the first release from the BSG Hop Solutions Program. This proprietary hop blend was named for the overwhelming tropical dance explosion that the aroma provokes.
Usage
You can use HS-Zamba as a bittering hop given moderately low co-humulone levels and would work in a SMASH type beer, but this blend really shines in late kettle, whirlpool and dry hop additions to get the amazing, fruity hop burst that it's known for.
Aroma and Flavor
Zamba is an absolute bomb of tropical fruit. Expect big and juicy pineapple and mango characteristics to dominate and big notes of orange-y tangerine and candy.

I’m very excited for this new hop blend because it’s supposed to be a full on tropical fruit bomb! I’m thinking that it needs to go into a simple pale ale recipe and fermented hot with some Imperial Kveiking or Bartleby (while it lasts!) to play double on the tropical fruit potential. It works just fine as a SMASH beer hop with low co-humulones for bittering and tons of oil content and terpenes for big late additions!
