For those of you (like me) that LOVE high gravity lagers, this strain is IT! It’s only around once a year or so when White Labs spins it up, but it’s the perfect strain for both light and dark high gravity beers. Attenuation is up to 80%, which is wonderful for a nice, dry lager, even at 10% or 12% ABV. I like that even at monster ABV levels, it doesn’t produce heavy sulfur and diacetyl. This strain paired with our Kaiser’s Reserve recipe is beautiful!
