WLP1983 Charlies Fist Bump Yeast
Formerly WLP862, this specialty strain licensed from Charlie Papazian can ferment at ale and lager temperatures, allowing brewers to produce diverse beer styles. The recipes in both of Papazian's books were originally developed and brewed with this yeast.
