Hornindal is a Kveik strain shared to the world by Terje Reftevol from the village of Grodas in Norway.  It produces an intense tropical flavor and aroma with notes of fresh tangerine, mango and pineapple, ideal to be used with fruit forward hops.

Attenuation - 75% - 82%

Flocculation - High

Optimum Fermentation Temperature -  72° - 98° F (22° - 37° C)

Alcohol Tolerance -  Medium - High (10% - 15%)
