WLP099 Super High Gravity Ale Yeast


Can ferment up to 25% alcohol. From England. Malt character dominates at lower gravities, while ester character dominates at higher gravities. Is superb when used as a distillers strain.


Attenuation: 80% - 100%
Flocculation: Medium
Alcohol Tolerance: Very High (Over 15%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 65°F - 69°F
