Yorkshire Square is, if you can imagine, an even more estery and fruity version of the Fullers Strain ( WLP002, Wyeast 1968, Imperial Pub). When this strain comes out, it's my go-to for Irish Red, ESB and Imperial Stout.
This strain makes me think quintessential English characteristics, except that I never brew them at such a low gravity, lol! Even though the attenuation is low, the flocculation is super high and makes ridiculously clear beers.
