This strain got some solid press a few years ago when it came out for being a clean and somewhat neutral workhorse, and I still think it's one of the best possible options for styles like Cream Ale and even a Kentucky Common (use our Wiley Coyote recipe as a solid base).
It's clean and crisp, and ferments clean at higher temps, which comes in handy come summer time.it's also pretty forgiving all around, and makes a mean blonde. Being a Vault Strain, grab it when you can because it's only around once-ish a year. Your Cream Ale and all of your friends will thank you!
