Description:

Our version of a delicious Northwest classic, this Mac & Jack's African Amber clone beer is an amazing West Coast style Amber Ale that one of our Brew Ninjas became obsessed with!  Everytime he brewed it, it didn't last the weekend, so we figured we should probably share this recipe with the world.  What's Her Name is a tribute to hoppy ambers everywhere and features Cascade and Centennial hops (our own twist to make it taste a little closer to the original), a malty backbone, and all of the balance you want for a classic style Amber.  Our version of this  authentic Northwest clone recipe ups the game with highest quality Pale Ale Malt Extract to round out the delicious malt characteristics and a perfect blend of Caramel/Crystal 80 and German Carafoam to round out a thick creamy head and classic West Coast hop profile.
