We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description:

Created as a Mac & Jack's African Amber clone, this beer is an amazing West Coast style Amber Ale that one of our Brew Ninjas became obsessed with!  Everytime he brewed it, it didn't last the weekend, so we figured we should probably share this recipe with the world.  What's Her Name is a tribute to hoppy ambers everywhere and features Cascade and Centennial hops (our own twist to make it taste a little closer to the original), a malty backbone, and all of the balance you want for a classic style Amber.  Our version of this  authentic Northwest clone recipe ups the game with Golden Promise Pale Ale Malt to round out the delicious malt characteristics and a perfect blend of Caramel/Crystal 80 and German Carafoam to round out a thick creamy head and classic West Coast hop profile.
