Description:
Aseptic Passionfruit Puree is prepared from ripened yellow passionfruit. The product contains no preservatives and no additives.
Process:
Puree is pasteurized at 190°F or higher for a minimum 20 seconds. Puree is cooled and aseptically packaged. Aseptic puree is guaranteed to comply with FDA, Juice HACCP: 21 CFR Part 120, applicable state and local laws and regulations.

You can add this to a fruit wine recipe that you already have, but the puree is intended more as an addition to your wine, not as the base like our Vintner's Harvest Wine Base line of products. 1 - 40 oz can of puree will add flavor and complexity to 5 gallons of fruit wine.
