US Styrian Golding T90 Hop Pellets, 2 oz sealed package

Styrian Goldings, also known as Savinja Golding and St. Celeia Goldings, this offspring of Styrian Golding, Aurora and a Slovenian wild hop is used worldwide and very similar to Fuggle. 

Usage

Due to extremely low AA's, this hop is used almost exclusively as a delicate flavor and aroma addition in classic European styles, light lagers, and lighter beer styles.

Aroma and Flavor

Expect light and delicate notes of lemon and green tea balanced by whispers of herbal characteristics.

Alpha Acids: 2.8% - 5.5%
Beta Acids: 2.0% - 3.0%
Co-Humulone: 25% - 30%

Possible Substitutes for Styrian St. Celeia Goldings

Commonly accepted substitutes for Styrian St. Celeia Goldings include Fuggle, which will be stronger but nearly identical, and Saaz, which will be distinctly more spice forward and floral.
