The Still Spirits Turbo 500 Copper reflux condenser works on the principles of ceiling temperatures, where it prevents chemical substance above a certain boiling point being processed. Unlike other reflux condensers on the market, the Turbo 500 works with a focus on the water flow and controlling the temperature of the water flow out. Assuming that the temperature of the water flow is stable, it is able to create a ceiling threshold temperature based on the water flow out.

The beauty of the Still Spirits line of products is that they are modular, with easily available upgrades to the system, such as their gin basket, copper dome, and EZ Inline Filter Filtration Systems.  This line of products produces extremely high quality finished products, and is easy to use no matter what level of distiller you are, from beginner to expert.

NOTE: The T500 Condenser and Boiler are sold separately, and this system integrates with both the Grainfather and Robobrew / Brewzilla systems, which would replace the Boiler and give you better digital control of your boil temperatures, which is especially helpful when distilling grain based washes to limit foam.  This condenser comes with the necessary tubing, thermometer and water flow connector.  Lid T500 Lid to integrate with the Robobrew / Brewzilla and Grainfather is sold separately.

FINALLY back in stock!!  We’ve been waiting on these for a while because this is absolutely the best system to use to get started on your distilling career!  It’s versatile, easy to use, and uses either a BrewZilla 35 L, BrewZilla 65 L or Still Spirits Boiler for an easy, all electric experience.

I fell in love with this system both because of the price and the versatility.  If you just want to make clean, neutral spirits, it will run out 189 proof all day long.  If you want a more flavorful rum or whisky style spirit, all you have to do is pull 30% of the saddles inside the unit, and now you’re running out 160 proof with just a touch more flavor!  Like I said, easy to use and versatile, this is the only still that you’ll ever really need!  And it’s a bonus to have around, just in case your latest batch of beer didn’t come out how you wanted!  Just run it and it won’t go to waste!

Distilling alcohol without proper permits and licensing is illegal in many countries, the United States included.  It is the customer's responsibility to research their local, state and federal laws and to abide by their local, state and federal laws.  BrewChatter is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by any misuse or illegal use of distillation equipment.  This distillation equipment can also be used to produce essential oils, vinegars, purified water, and even fuel with a permit.

  • I need one that will fit top of keg

You can weld this to a 2" Tri-Clover Ferrule for use on the top of a keg via the removeable retaining/connection nut on the bottom.  This will allow you to connect it using a Tri-Clover Clamp and Gasket.
