Still Spirits Botanical Gin Basket

Description

Made for easy installment into the Still Spirits T500 Reflux Column or the Copper Alembic Dome, this easy to use Gin Basket is perfect for adding all of your botanicals to any distillate.  The top of this Gin Basket threads directly into your condenser, replacing the nut that you normally use to attach your condenser to your Alembic Dome or T500.  This can be used in conjunction with the Robobrew or Grainfather, or the T500 boiler.  

Directions

First, create your wash and perform a stripping run to concentrate your initial wash.  If you'd like, you can perform several stripping runs to make more stripped wash, but remember to ensure that your proof is below 150 for safety reasons.  Add your chosen botanicals into your Botanical Basket and screw it directly into the condenser instead of the original nut.  This forces all of the distillate to go directly through your chosen botanicals, ensuring maximum flavor and extraction!

Dimensions are 3" Tall and 2 5/8" in Diameter, making the volume plenty to hold a moderate amount of botanicals.
