Still Spirits Copper Alembic Dome (No Condenser)

Description

The Still Spirits Alembic Dome is ideally used in conjunction with the Still Spirts Pot Still Condenser, and is ideal for distillation of grain based washes, or any wash that you want to retain more of the base flavors and characters.  This is also perfect for those making products such as oak aged rum, bourbon, American whiskey, Rye whiskey, and any other product that you want to have less reflux and more flavor in the finished product.

The beauty of the Still Spirits line of products is that they are modular, with easily available upgrades to the system, such as their gin basket, T500 Reflux Condeser, and EZ Inline Filter Filtration Systems.  This line of products produces extremely high quality finished products, and is easy to use no matter what level of distiller you are, from beginner to expert.

NOTE: The Alembic Dome, Condenser and Boiler are sold separately, and this system integrates with both the Grainfather and Robobrew systems, which would replace the Boiler and give you better digital control of your boil temperatures, which is especially helpful when distilling grain based washes to limit foam.
