African Southern Passion T90 Hop Pellets, 2 oz sealed package

Boasting a pedigree of a diploid seedling originating from a cross between Saaz and Hallertau, this South African hop is known for being daylight neutral.

Usage

While you can use Southern Passion as a mild bittering hop with it's moderate alpha acid content, it really shines as an aroma addition.  Consider this hop as a single hop for your favorite house pale ale home brew recipe, IPA's and Belgian styles.

Aroma and Flavor

Southern Passion has a very complex and unique flavor and aroma profile, and is known for passion fruit, guava, red berries, melon, black currant, coconut, tangerine, grapefruit and calendula.  Like we said, very complex and unique!
