This class will double as an Intro-To-Souring Stuff, and an Advanced Infections Workshop! We will cover the basics and geek out further as the class dictates on these two primary styles and bugs. The styles we will be souring are: Berliner Weisse, and Sour Stout. We will cover fruiting, barrel aging, and bugs!

So all the base beer will be brewed, and ready for our souring methods. The Berliner Weisse style will be spearheaded by Jason Green from IMBIB Brewery and the sour stout will be headed up by Adam Thomas from Tahoe Mountain Brewing. We plan to get things started in this workshop; then in the next few months or so, -depending on the natural progression of the beer- we plan to bring the class back to try what we soured at Tahoe Mountain Brewing.
