Sodium Metabisulfite kills and prevents wild yeast, bacteria growth, and oxidation in your wine. Sodium Metabisulfite also works well as a sanitizer for your wine making equipment, fermenters, bottles and corks.
Directions for Use
To Kill Wild Yeast and Bacteria: Add 1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons of must
To Use as a Sanitizer: Add 2 oz per gallon of water.
