For our Extract version of our Craft Malt Liquor, we wanted to use the highest quality ingredients to make an American Premium Style Lager, but with a higher ABV and TONS of delicious malt flavor. Snitches Get Stitches comes out dry, crisp, and pleasantly balanced - but be careful! It sure doesn't taste like an 8% beer, but you'll remember after a couple of pints!
With a balanced and light hop character, high quality American malts and adjuncts dominate the flavor profile, followed by a slightly sweet alcohol characteristic, making this a beautiful and chuggable light beer. For maximum authenticity, use your favorite lager yeast, but if you can't ferment at lager temps, don't worry! This beer was designed to be delicious and crisp with any standard American Ale strain!

We wanted to do a throwback to our 90's hip hop roots! I know, I know, it seems silly, but these super cheap, high gravity beers are actually kind of hard to brew, so we thought that we'd have some fun! We threw on some old Snoop and threw a recipe together that made us think of, and drink of, our youth, resulting in this this surprisingly delicious and easy drinking modified American lager. Trust me, you might be skeptical, but try this and thank me later when it becomes a household staple and everyone is demanding a pint! 40 oz bottles sold separately....
