Sinamar is a Weyermann Color Extract made for raising and adjusting your beer color. This extract is produced solely from Weyermann Carafa according to strict reinheitsgebot standards. This is done by vacuum extraction at 158° - 167° F to ensure no bitter tannins are pulled from the grain.
Sinamar causes no turbidity in your beer, and remains pH stable. You can use it to color anything edible, including food, drinks, and, of course, beer, wine, mead and cider.
Directions for use: Use 7 mL of Sinamar per 5 gallons to adjust color 1 SRM darker.
Use 4 oz of Sinamar per 5 gallons to adjust the color 16 SRM Darker.
This can be added at any point, either directly to wort or to finished product, although we suggest using it at the end of boil whenever possible.
