It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description:

Rye-Licious Rye Ale is a mix of an old-school Roggenbier and some new-school science and experimentation.  For this beer, you will take 80% of different varieties of Rye, malted, crystal, chocolate and flaked, and turn it into a versatile and delicious beer.  This kit is advanced, so be ready to have some fun, and get your science in order!  This kit comes complete with Rice Hulls and Bioglucanase Enzyme to make sure you make the best Rye almost S.M.A.S.H. possible!  Use a classic Hef yeast for a more Roggenbier traditional flavor, or step out of the box with some Kveik or highly flocculant English yeast strain!
