It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description:

Creamy, sweet, malty, wheat product, you can use Red Wheat as part or all of base malt in wheat beers. It runs efficiently through the brewhouse, with slightly more protein than White Wheat Malt. Often used in Hefeweizen and other traditional wheat styles due to a distinctive, characteristic wheat flour flavor.  Improves head formation and foam retention in any beer style.  Keep in mind that wheat is a husk-less malt, and can stick your mash if there is a significant amount in your recipe. Make sure to counteract this by using rice hulls in the mash
