A very classic and insanely delicious Oktoberfest from one of our favorite local breweries, Pigeon Head Brewery. This classically styled Oktoberfest is deliciously malt forward and complex due to the Weyermann Munich 1, giving you a crisp, bready malt profile paired with a classic, noble hop bitterness and lightly floral aroma. Although made for consumption in September and October traditionally, this malty lager should be on tap year round, and is ideal for any season. If you can't ferment at lager temperatures, try a hybrid strain like WLP1982 or Imperial Cablecar so you can have the best of both worlds!

How different is the process of brewing this on something like a brewzilla vs a traditional AG setup? Am I overthinking it?
Your brewing process for this recipe will be the same as any of your other recipes. You will want to do your regulator water calculations and normal process calculationss like you normally would on the BrewZilla. You want your process to be the same on your system recipe to recipe, that way you always know what kinds of numbers and outcome to expect, no matter what you're brewing!
