2 oz package of Tangerine Peel

Dried Tangerine peels are perfect for citrusy IPA's and summer Pale Ale's.

Directions for Use

Add .5 oz to 2 oz per 5 gallons either at the very end of your boil or in fermentation as a 'dry hop' for 5 - 7 days to add a very distinct and citrus tangerine character into any beer.  Flavors can also be extracted using a tincture.  Add 1 oz Tangerine Peels to a clean, neutral spirit and allow 5 - 7 days for extraction.  Add finished tincture at packaging, either in the bottling bucket or the keg, to taste.
