2 oz package of Lemon Peel
Lemon peel will add a distinct lemon flavor and aroma to any beer, wine, mead or cider.
Directions for Use
Add .5 - 2 oz at the end of the boil or as a 5 - 7 day 'dry hop' in fermentation for a bright, lemony flavor. Flavors can also be extracted using a tincture. Add 1 oz Lemon Peels to a clean, neutral spirit and allow 5 - 7 days for extraction. Add finished tincture at packaging, either in the bottling bucket or the keg, to taste.
