Peels, Bitter Orange


Bitter Orange Peel is sourced from the fruit of the Citrus aurantium class of oranges, and is known for adding strong citrus and herbal flavors and aroma to beer, wine, mead or cider. It is used often for many Belgian Style beers, especially Wits. Pairs very well with Coriander.

Instructions for Use: Add 1/2 - 1 oz Bitter Orange Peel at the end of the boil (10 minutes or below), during fermentation, or both to get the full spectrum of flavors.
