Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description

1 lb package Lime Peel

Lime peels are great for adding a lime punch to any beer, wine, mead or cider, and go well in any Wit or IPA.

Directions for Use

Add .5 - 2 oz at the very end of the boil, or during fermentation as a 'dry hop' for 5 - 7 days for a bright, unique and distinctly lime kick!  Flavors can also be extracted using a tincture.  Add 1 oz Lime Peels to a clean, neutral spirit and allow 5 - 7 days for extraction.  Add finished tincture at packaging, either in the bottling bucket or the keg, to taste.
