Crisp Scottish Heavy Peated Pot Still Malt
Produced by smoking English Pale Ale malt over burning peat, this is the primary flavor profile in peated Scotch Style Whisky. The flavor is very prominent in additions of 5% - 10%, and will take over a beer above those percentages, although it can be used as 100% of the grain bill.
