It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Orange Blossom Honey is a well known staple for many styles of Mead, as well as an awesome addition to any beer. Known for a bold sweetness and a subtle but distinct citrus characteristic, this honey carries a fruity, floral and aromatic aroma and flavor into any fermentation it's a part of.

 

For a flavor and simple sugar addition to any beer, use up to 2 lbs per 5 gallons.

For a flavor blast and simple sugar addition to any cider, use up to 1 lb per gallon.

For an incredible, single variety mead, use approximately 1 lb per 5 gallons per 1% alcohol.
