Our Sorghum Oktoberfest recipe is booming with flavor and is a 100% Gluten Free Recipe!  This is the perfect Beer Ingredient Kit for those who want to enjoy a delicious beer, but have a gluten sensitivity and don’t want the gluten normally found in most home brew to go with it.  This beer uses malted sorghum syrup as the primary sugar, and malted oats and Belgian Candi Sugar for flavor to avoid gluten altogether!  Making home brew with low to no gluten content can be tricky, but we’ve got you covered!  This is a take on a classic Oktoberfest, with sweet, stonefruit and light caramel characteristics, a full and malt forward, and a dry, lager finish.  This gluten free recipe kit will soon become a staple in your brewery, whether you have a celiac gluten sensitivity or not!
