Motueka T-90 Hop Pellets - 2 oz
New Zealand Motueka T90 Hop Pellets, 2oz sealed package
Motueka was developed by New Zealand's Plant and Food Research and boasts parentage from Saaz and a New Zealand breeding selection. Motueka is known for big citrus zest and a unique, dual purpose flavor profile.
When used as a bittering hop, Motueka comes out with some clean, citrus character. This hop really shines in late additions and dry hop additions because of it's balanced and very two tone characteristics. This is an ideal hop for a single hop beer. Motueka is ideal not only for hoppy beers, but bigger, malty flavor profiles as well as crisp, clean lagers.
