Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Red Star Premier Classique (formerly Montrachet) Dry Yeast guarantees a quick fermentation start, as well as the ability to ferment within a wide temperature range (59°F to 95°F). This is a great yeast for wine and cider makers who don't have temperature control.

Ability to ferment up to 13% alcohol by volume and an optimum resistance to nutrient deficiencies make Montrachet a perfect choice for many wine and cider applications.
