Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description:

Midnight Wheat malt 550º L, also known as American Roasted Wheat, is arguably the smoothest and least astringent husk-less malt available. Midnight Wheat is a good choice for Black Lagers and Black IPA's.  It provides a smooth, slightly sweet flavor profile at higher percentages, with some light roasted flavors.

Use 1 2% for added color and color adjustment, 2 5% for color and smooth roasty flavors, and up to 7% for more forward roasted notes and dark, black color.
