Description
Briess Malting CBW Munich is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. This is made from 50% American base malt and 50% Bonlander Munich malt, and produces a very rich, malty amber extract. Bonlander Munich is a European style Munich Malt known for it's clean, slightly sweet and rich, malty flavor profile. It contributes golden amber, almost orange hues.
APPLICATIONS All styles of extract beer, and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers By itself with no steeping grains, this Munich LME is wonderful for Oktoberfest, Marzen and Bock style beers.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store at temperatures <90º F. Best if used within 24 months from date of manufacture. LME naturally darkens with age. Storing in a cool, dark location helps to minimize this effect. All liquid malt extract repackaged in our facility is done so with minimal oxygen exposure and sealed in vacuum sealed mylar for maximum freshness.
