4 oz Amyloglucosidase for Brut IPA and distilling

Liquid Glucoamylase maximizes the fermentable sugars in any wort or wash.  It does this by converting complex sugars to simple sugars (primarily glucose) during fermentation.  This is the enzyme used in Brut IPA's, and for many distiller's washes to maximize dryness and abv potential.  This enzyme also reduces carbohydrate leves (turning them to fermentable sugar). 


Directions for Use: 

For Use in the Mash:  Add to your mash at a rate of 1 to 2 oz per 5 gallons.  Mash like normal, and enjoy higher conversion levels.

For Use in Fermentation:  Add to your fermentation at a rate of 2 to 4 oz per 5 gallons after pitching your yeast.
