A very pale, refreshing, lower-alcohol German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness and very high carbonation level. A light bread dough flavor from the malt and lacto supports the sour character. This style is very sessionable and works well with fruit additions. If you're new to making sour beer, this is the perfect recipe to start with!
