Insane Wizard Berliner Weisse – Extract



A very pale, refreshing, lower-alcohol German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness and very high carbonation level. A light bread dough flavor from the malt and lacto supports the sour character. This style is very sessionable and works well with fruit additions.
