A very pale, refreshing, lower-alcohol German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness and very high carbonation level. A light bread dough flavor from the malt and lacto supports the sour character. This style is very sessionable and works well with fruit additions. with fruit additions.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
When ordering I missed ordering the lactobacillius and brettanomyces, so my question is if I don’t add these how will it affect the taste of the beer?
If you do not add Lacto or Brett to the beer, it will not sour. If you just brewed and pitched a German Sac strain, that's ok. Just go grab some lactobacillius and pitch it in the fermontor. Brew On!
