It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Lightly toasted American Oak Spiral, perfect for imparting woody and 'green' flavors into your wine, mead, beer or distillate, as well as more tannins than heavier toasts.

Because of increased surface area, spirals tend to add flavors fairly quickly, although not as quickly as chips, so make sure to monitor your flavor profile! Remember to taste regularly after 1-2 weeks, as there is no hard and fast rule for adding oak character to any project. You must taste and smell to get it right!
