It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description:

This deliciously dry IPA has big, juicy hop flavor and aroma, making it the best form of an East Meets West IPA.  Big, juicy hop aromas of tangerine, apricot and citrus are balanced by lightly pungent pine and notes of black tea.  This intense hop character is balanced by a bone dry backbone and lightly floral ethanol.  This recipe kit includes 4 oz of Glucoamylase to ensure a crazy low finishing gravity, even using malt extract.
