This classic Belgian Wit yeast produces the tart and spicy flavors of a traditional Wit.  This strain is a strong attenuator that leaves a dry and slightly cloudy Witbier in it's wake.  

Attenuation:  76% - 79%

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  64° F - 80° F

Flocculation:  Very Low

Style Recommendations:  Beglian Witbier, Saison, Belgian Ale
