Flaked Wheat

Flaked Wheat is common ingredient in wheat beers, such as American Wheat, Bavarian Weisse, Belgian Lambics and Wits. It adds starch haze, high levels of protein and a wheat sharpness. Great for sour projects.

Use 5% to add a slight Wheat characteristic and added head formation and foam retention to any beer style

Use up to 40% for Weisse and Wit beers, as well as many sour projects.
