Corn? I don€™t remember eating any corn! But I do remember using it in my favorite high adjunct lagers, my favorite cream ales, and my favorite Bourbon recipes! Briess makes a super high quality, super flavorful and super easy to use in your recipe, no matter how much that you have going into your recipe. The benefit here is that it€™s pre-gelatinized and it€™s malting quality. This means higher quality, higher flavor, and an overall better end product because of it!
