Falconers Flight T-90 Hop Pellets - 1 lb
Description
US Falconers Flight T90 Hop Pellets, 1 Pound sealed bulk package
Falconer's Flight are an exclusive and proprietary hop blend developed by Hopunion in 2010 to celebrate the legacy of Northwest brewing legend Glen Hay Falconer. This blend of NW style hop varieties was made to be the ideal for IPA and Pale Ale type beer styles.
Usage
Falconer's Flight was created as a flavor and aroma blend, ideal for hoppy beer styles. While it boasts moderate to high alpha acids and can be used as a bittering hop, more often than not it is used to capture the classic, Northwest IPA flavor and aroma profile. This variety is ideal for any hoppy beer styles, or lighter styles to push forward more fruit.
Aroma and Flavor
Expect a classic IPA flavor and aroma profile of tropical fruit, floral and lemon-grapefruit flavors and characteristics. While there is a slight counter-balance of light, clean pine, the citrus and tropical fruit tend to take over in later additions.
