English Black Malt



English Black Malt is a highly roasted and more intense version of chocolate malt. Excellent for darkening beer color without adding too much astringency or roast.  The flavor is surprisingly neutral for such a highly kilned malt, with a clean dryness that makes it incredibly versatile.
