Our Munich Dunkel can be fermented traditionally as a lager, or made as an ale with traditional German Ale yeast strains.  This beer is wonderful, sessionable and malt forward, with all the sweetness of an array of caramel malts giving it a sweet and lightly toasted toffee flavor elegantly balanced with light rye spice and a floral, noble hop character.  A perfect balance of light ABV and darkly delicious malt.
