Dear fellow brewers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Sincerely, Josh & RJ

Description

1 pound package of whole Coriander Seed

Coriander is known for adding distinct spicy, herbal characteristics that lend warm, nutty, spicy and citrusy flavors to any beer, wine, mead or cider. Common in Wits, Saisons and White IPA's.

Description for Use

Add at a rate of 1/2 – 1 oz per 5 gallons. Crush seeds first to get the full range of flavors, and add either at the end of the boil (10 minutes or less), during fermentation, or both.  Heating whole seeds on a cast iron skillet, stirring constantly, for 3 -5 minutes will unlock more of the flavor and aromas.
