Coriander Seed, 1 oz
Coriander is known for adding distinct spicy, herbal characteristics that lend warm, nutty, spicy and citrusy flavors to any beer, wine, mead or cider. Common in Wits, Saisons and White IPA's.
Instructions for Use: Add at a rate of 1/2 – 1 oz per 5 gallons. Crush seeds first to get the full range of flavors, and add either at the end of the boil (10 minutes or less), during fermentation, or both.
