It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of BrewChatter after 10 wonderful years of serving our fellow brewers and community. Due to various unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to shut down operations ending March 31st.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support, loyalty, and friendship throughout the years. We would not have been able to achieve such success without you, and we are truly grateful for the opportunities you have given us.

During the next couple weeks, we will be wrapping up any outstanding projects, having a massive liquidation sale and fulfilling any pending orders. We will do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Description:

 This sweet, smooth and malty crystal wheat malt is ideal as a caramel substitute in any beer style.  It boasts an exceptionally clean finish and hints of bread and dark toast.  It will throw some orange and mahogany hues, so is ideal with Vienna as a base malt.  Use 5 - 10% for a subtle sweetness and flavor with pale orange tones.  Use 10 - 15% for Mild sweetness and flavor plus orange tones.  You can go up to 15 - 25% for more pronounced flavor and dark orange to mahogany tones.
