American 2-Row Malt per pound

Description:

American 2-Row Malt for home brewing. American 2 Row (American Pale Malt) is high in diastatic power, and is therefore great for conversion of both grain and adjuncts. Flavor is light, although adds more malt flavor than Pilsner style malts. Use this in any beer style, including Amber, Pale Ale, and IPA. 

This is an ideal, finest quality malt for just about any beer style that you would like to produce.  Protein is lower than most American 2-row style malts and diastatic power is higher, which means that you as the brewer will always get a clean and consistent malt character and conversion in your finished product.
