Bravo T-90 Hop Pellets - 1 lb
Description
US Bravo T90 Hop Pellets, 1 Pound sealed bulk package
Bravo was originally developed by Hopsteiner and released in 2006 as a second generation Super Alpha variety, ideal for bittering. It's growers love this variety because of the high yields and consistent flavor profile and oil content.
Usage
Bravo is primarily a bittering variety that tends to leave a dank, almost citrus character behind. Although built for solid and delicious bitterness, it may help add a light floral, citrus and stonefruit characteristic in late and dry hop additions.
Aroma and Flavor
Bravo is well known for the bright, almost citrusy bitterness that it adds to any pale ale or IPA, as well as more malt forward styles. Expect a more distinct orange and citrus balance in mid-boil additions, and subtle hints of stone fruit, earthy spice and vanilla in later additions.
